In April 2014, I will be going where I've dreamed about since I was a child: Ireland. This blog is inspired by the movie "Julie and Julia," where a woman named Julia blogs about her journey of 365 days of cooking from Julia Child's "Mastering the Art of French Cooking." Over the next fifteen months, assuming I have the money and resources, I will be cooking from "Celtic Folklore Cooking" by Joanne Asala, in an attempt to become more acquainted with the culture and cuisine of the Emerald Isle.
